Join Me in Rebelling Together in Our Own Individuality
Together, let's collaborate to connect you with your authentic self! Through our work, we'll explore what healing means to you. After all, you are the author of your own narrative, and I'm here to follow your lead in co-creating a compassionate, empathetic, and anti-oppressive space. Here, you'll feel liberated to connect with any discomfort, unlearn unhelpful behaviors, and learn tools that promote self-love and acceptance. My focus is on a non-pathologizing and anti-ableist frame, and I'm dedicated to decolonizing therapy and advocating for inclusion and community. Together, we'll also work to connect with parts of yourself that have been oppressed, stigmatized, or aggressed against by society. Your identities and how they intersect matter deeply, and our work will honor and celebrate intersectionality, solidarity, and unity.
About Harper
In my role, I aim to co-create a safe space where you can freely explore, reevaluate, and participate in challenging but transformative experiences. I offer a no-nonsense yet compassionate, empathetic, and collaborative approach. My goal is to help you connect with parts of yourself that will support your development of trust, connection, empowerment, and liberation. I deeply value community and solidarity, which is an integral and beautiful aspect of my work. During our time together, I am also committed to showing up authentically by means of incorporating humor, creativity, and innovation.
Working with Harper
I'm not your run-of-the-mill therapist—As a rebellious individual, I am also a rebellious therapist, who advocates for community, anti-oppression, liberation, and autonomy. My approach to therapy is all about breaking free from socially given labels, rejecting pathologizing language, and decolonizing your narrative, all while encouraging you to embrace your authentic self. You're the expert on your life, and I'm here to empower you to recognize and address how societal oppression and ancestral trauma has shaped your identity and silenced your voice. It's your story, which can be defined on your terms, not by history, pathology, or colonization. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are at, striving for a healing journey that's truly holistic and restorative. I will invite you to come as you are and to bring your authentic self to our session. I promise, I’ll do the same.
